A resident of Park Ridge since 1973, Joan Sandrik has been a valued member of the Sebastian Co. staff since 1976. After receiving her real estate salesman's license, she continued her real estate education and obtained a broker's license. She has also earned the designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate of the Realtors' Institute (GRI). Joan served as Sales Manager of Sebastian Co. from 1995 to 2002. She has been consistently recognized as a top producer for Sebastian Co.

She is a member of the Realtor Association of Northwest Chicagoland, Illinois Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Joan has served as Chairman of the Education Committee and the Professional Standards Committee of the Realtor Association of Northwest Chicagoland and is currently a member of the Professional Standards Committee, the Illinois Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee, where she is currently the Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee and the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois Rules and Regulations Committee.

She is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history.

Among her hobbies she lists reading mystery novels, playing golf, canasta, Trivial Pursuit and dominos and just relaxing with her family and friends.

According to Joan, "I enjoy the diversity real estate offers. Each client has special needs and requirements. It is a challenge to help each of them."
